Leading F1 manufacturer are currently seeking a Production Manager with existing experience of managing a medium (or high) volume manufacturing facility who is trained in six sigma to a green belt standard.
The key responsibilities will include:
*Improving efficiency and profitability of current programs
*Improve quality performance
*Improve/maintain site standards
*Assist in successful completion of factory upgrades
*Assist in improving current processes & procedures
*Smooth running of manufacturing side of the business
Overall responsibilities will be for:
*Around 100 staff
*Training of staff
*Planning / scheduling & Capacity Planning
*Adherence to schedule
*Overseeing maintenance of equipment
*Assist other Managers in preparing budgets
*Health & Safety of the shop floor areas
If you have proven experience of the above at where your knowledge in Lean manufacturing has implemented better productivity, improved savings, machine time ect then it would be of great interest to speak with you.
