An excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join this new dynamic sales team selling Shredding Services in your region of the Country.
Reporting to the Head of Sales for Shredding Services, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable sales by winning new contracts and developing existing contracts for Secure Shredding Services for business critical Government & Financial Services Departments.

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Shredding Services, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable sales by winning new contracts and developing existing contracts for Secure Shredding Services for business critical Government & Financial Services Departments.
You will have a proven track record of selling Business to Business services to large blue chip organisations or Government Departments, ideally operating in the following key sectors:
Financial Services
Legal Businesses
Real estate, renting and business activities
Public administration and defence,
Social Services, Education,
Health and social work
Large Recruitment Organisations
Ideal Profile:
An established existing network of contacts within some of these key sectors in order to make a quick impact is essential.
You will demonstrate a high level of team and sales ethics, be highly driven and keen to learn and progress.
A Degree or similar qualification with some previous people management experience is desirable but not essential.
You will have excellent presentation experience, have good MS, IT skills to create reports, business information.
Full clean driving licence and happy to travel
